eShopMalta.com offers FREE Worldwide Shipping on all products on our site unless otherwise stated in the item description.
Most orders are shipped directly to our clients from our Supplier's warehouses situated across the globe.
The estimated delivery time for an order is between 14 - 45 days.
Although we do everything in our power to deliver your order as soon as possible, delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We accept orders and deliver our products to most countries around the globe.
We also reserve the right to refuse orders and delivery at our own discretion, in which case the customer will be notified about his/her order cancellation and a full refund will be issued.
eShopMalta.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Where available, a tracking number(s) will be included.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
eShopMalta.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
eShopMalta.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
